To ensure that everyone can enjoy our live shows and events safely and comfortably, please read the following guidelines before attending.

■ Belongings & Attire

• Please keep large luggage to a minimum and use lockers outside the venue whenever possible.

• For your safety and the safety of other attendees, please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. High heels, platform shoes, shoes with height-increasing insoles, and footwear that may cause injury to yourself or others are prohibited at standing events.

• Please refrain from wearing sharp or potentially dangerous accessories.

• Dangerous items and objects that may cause injury are strictly prohibited inside the venue.

• Please keep your valuables, including wallets and mobile phones, secure at all times.

■ Entry & Exit

• Ticket resale, admission using resold tickets, bringing prohibited alcoholic beverages into the venue, and disruptive behavior caused by intoxication are strictly prohibited.

• Please follow all staff instructions when lining up, entering, and exiting the venue.

• Queue numbers are used only to determine admission order and do not guarantee a specific viewing location.

• Reserving spaces, cutting in line, sitting on the floor, or any behavior that inconveniences other attendees is prohibited.

• Please do not use personal belongings to reserve space for yourself or others.

• Please do not leave belongings on barriers, railings, floors, or walkways.

• Waiting for members before or after events, including near the venue, stations, stores, or public transportation facilities, is strictly prohibited.

■ During the Performance

• Official cameras may be present during the event, and attendees may appear in photos or videos.

• Audio recording, video recording, and photography by attendees are strictly prohibited.

• Please turn off or silence electronic devices that may disturb the performance or other attendees.

• If you feel unwell or become injured during the event, please move to a safe area and notify a staff member immediately.

■ Flowers & Gifts

• Flower stands and floral arrangements from fans are not accepted.

■ Events Hosted by Other Organizers

• When attending events hosted by other organizers, please follow the rules established by the event organizer and be considerate of those around you.

• Dangerous, disruptive, or prohibited behavior may result in removal from the event and restrictions on participation in future events.

■ 2-Shot Photo Session Rules

• Participation indicates agreement to all rules and guidelines.

• The duration of each photo session will be determined based on the number of photo tickets used and the event’s progress on the day. Please follow the instructions of the staff at all times.

• Please have your camera ready before your turn. Timer functions must be turned off.

• Excessive physical contact and inappropriate pose requests are prohibited.

• Hand-delivering gifts to members is prohibited. Please use the designated gift box if available.

• Please refrain from posting, sharing, or uploading photos taken during the photo session to social media or other online platforms.

We kindly ask that you do not post such photos on the internet, regardless of whether the content is publicly or privately accessible.

• Members will not hold participants' cameras or take selfies.

• Video recording, Live Photos, Motion Photos, screen recording, and audio recording are prohibited.

• Refunds or alternative sessions cannot be provided if you are unable to attend due to weather, transportation issues, or personal circumstances.

• Please follow staff instructions and cooperate to ensure smooth event operation.

■ Violations

Any attendee who engages in harassment, abusive behavior, defamation, conduct that makes members uncomfortable, or any behavior deemed dangerous or inappropriate by staff may be removed from the venue immediately.

In such cases, event tickets and participation privileges may be revoked without refund.
